HXD3C electric locomotive 110V power supply device is a device that provides 110V power supply for the locomotive battery and control circuit. It uses DC750V as the input power supply and converts it to 110V voltage through high-frequency isolation. The 110V power supply unit consists of 2 power units, its rated output current is 90A, its output power is 10.45KW (25oC), and its operating ambient temperature is -40oC to 40oC.
        In normal condition, the power unit 1 is designed to charge the battery, the charging current limit is 25A±3A, and the charging output power is limited to 2750W. The power unit 2 is connected in parallel with the locomotive control circuit, its rated output current is 90A, and the output power is 10.45KW (25oC).
        When the output current of the device is less than the limit value, it outputs a stable DC110V voltage, and when the limit value is exceeded, the step-down current limit is performed. It consists of two sets of identical power units (referred to as PSUs), both of which use IGBT components. Usually, the two groups work at the same time. Power unit 1 charges the battery, and power unit 2 supplies power to the control circuit. When one group of power units fails, the other group of power units supplies power to the control circuit and the battery.
