TPD17 series 110V modular control power cabinet mainly provides 110V control power supply for SS7D and SS7E electric locomotives.
The TPD17 series 110V modular control power supply cabinet is mainly composed of two IPM high-frequency switching power supply modules, auxiliary power supply devices, automatic switching power distribution boards, cabinets, etc. Has the following technical characteristics:
1. The main circuit adopts the intelligent module IPM half-bridge conversion circuit, and the operating frequency is 20 kHz, which greatly reduces the volume and quality. Among them, the mass is only about 50 kg, which is about one-tenth of the mass of the original power supply.
2. Appropriate EMI power filters are installed at the input and output ends of the main circuit, which better solves the problem of electromagnetic compatibility.
3. The auxiliary power supply unit is composed of two identical auxiliary power supply modules in parallel, which can output DC24V and DC15V externally. When one module is working normally, the other module acts as a cold backup. When an auxiliary power module fails, it can be easily switched to another module to work through the switch on the panel.
