Main features of the device:
1. The overall structure includes two sets of devices A and B with the same functions, which are redundant backups for each other. When one group is faulty, it can be manually switched to the other group to maintain continuous operation.
2. The control plug-in adopts dual-machine redundant design, one microprocessor is in online working state, and the other is in hot waiting state. When the microprocessor in the online working state fails, the redundant management system of the control plug-in automatically replaces the microprocessor in hot waiting to manage the entire system and gives an alarm.
3. The hardware structure adopts modular design, which can expand the input and output points according to the needs of different types of locomotives, and use software to carry out different logical combinations to meet the requirements.
4. The output unit circuit adopts MOSFET as the power switching element, which has large load capacity and fast switching speed. Compared with the relay with contacts, the reliability is greatly improved.
