TGPZ27 electronic cabinet is the replacement and improvement product of TPZ15 and TPZ15B (cold proof) electronic cabinet, and the external interface is compatible with TPZ15 and TPZ15B. It can realize the functions of traction control, electric brake control, anti-idling (anti-skid) control, power factor compensation, and air-electricity combined control of SS4G locomotives.
Compared with TPZ15 and TPZ15B electronic cabinets, it has the following characteristics:
1. The circuit board adopts surface mount (SMT) technology and new electronic components to improve integration and reliability.
2. The control functions of group B are enriched, and the functions of characteristic control, anti-idling control and bogie control are added. Like group A, it has the same quasi-constant speed characteristic of sub-frame closed-loop control function, which avoids the original open-loop control of the current unevenness of the two frames. It is easy to cause problems such as drifting.
3. Added sensor overcurrent and short circuit protection functions, which can effectively prevent switching power supply protection or burning of sampling resistors due to sensor overcurrent and short circuit.
