wrist arm system

Purpose: install in wrist arm column, hard cross beam, play the role of bearing contact suspension load, fixing the position of bearing cable, connecting the fixed contact line positioning device and so on. 

Performance: the overall mechanical performance meets the horizontal load of 3.5 kn. at the bearing cable seat, the vertical load of 4.0 kn. and the horizontal load of 4.0kn at the joint of the oblique wrist arm with the positioning tube (or the positioning ring). The deflection of each part of the device is not greater than 0.7% l (l is the maximum length between the bearing points of the wrist arm supporting device).

 

G-type brace

Purpose: this part is used for supporting and fixing between flat wrist arm and oblique wrist arm or between oblique wrist arm and positioning tube.

Purpose: Used in wrist arm device flat bracket connected with inclined support bracket.

Material: Q235A

Process: Mechanical processing hot dip galvanized

Performance: 1. The peak work load of 5.8 kN, the maximum vertical work load of 4.9 kN.
2. The sliding load of 7.5 kN.
3. The level of most destructive load no less than 17.4 kN, the largest vertical load is not less than 14.7 kN.

Oblique bracket

Figure number:   JL61(X)-07。 

Purpose: For the bracket of the hypotenuse triangle bracket support structure, oblique tong wrist arm bracket end connection device connected to the flat bracket at the other end through the rod insulator connected to the bracket base.

Material: 20 # seamless steel tube。

Process: Mechanical processing hot dip galvanized.

Flat bracket

Figure number:   JL61(P)-07。 

Purpose: Used to form a bracket support structure of the upper triangle bracket, flat bracket cantilever end through the carrier cable support carrier cable, on the other side through the rod insulator and the bracket is connected.

Material: 20 # seamless steel tube。

Process: Mechanical processing hot dip galvanized.
