The UQK series float level controller is suitable for controlling the liquid level of various containers. When the liquid level reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contact sends an on-off switch signal
The product series is divided into two categories: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof. The explosion-proof type can be used for liquid level controllers for pressure vessels with flammable and explosive media of level 1.2 and A/B/C groups.

The controller is not suitable for media that have strong corrosive effects on materials such as brass and stainless steel, as well as media containing magnetic impurities.
 
UQK contacts should be processed by intermediate relays before driving high-power equipment such as pumps and valves.
 Generally, using the output signal of a UQK for pump or valve control can achieve the goal of controlling the liquid level in the container within the switching range of the instrument


The QK series floating ball liquid level controller consists of two main parts: a floating ball combination contact group that is isolated from each other.
When the measured liquid level rises to the upper switching point, the floating ball 1 rises accordingly, causing the magnetic steel 2 at its end to swing downward. Through magnetic force, the magnetic steel 4 with the same magnetic pole installed inside the housing 3 is repelled from swinging up and down, and the moving contact 5 at its other end is connected between the static contact 2-2.
 When the liquid level drops to the cut-off point, the situation is exactly the opposite, and the static contact 1-1 is connected.
 The area between the upper and lower switching points is called the switching difference area.
